    (It can include pre-built Logo graphics, however).
  2. The bulk of the text to be provided by the client.
  3. It must not be pornographic, illegal, illegitimate, dishonest, nor less than the high degree of integrity held by the other people on this site, as well as Kingmaker itself. 
  4. It must not be anything detrimental to any person or institution,
    Humanity or the planet, including all its inhabitants.
  5. It must be paid in advance,  by check or money order or PayPal.
  6. No guarantee is offered by Kingmaker to the client that his business will increase significantly as a result of this advertisement.
  7. No analysis statistics of site traffic can be provided.
  8. It must be approved by both client and Kingmaker prior to registration with search engines..
  9. It can be terminated by either client or Kingmaker at any time, but fees are not refundable.
  10. The client is free to post his pages on other sites and/or Kingmaker, once payment has been made for the work.  However, Kingmaker retains ownership of any unique graphics created for this site, unless specifically designed as a company logo to identify the client.
